Can I bring my dog to The Parade?
No, dogs are not allowed, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.
Can I pay by debit or credit card at The Parade?
Yes, card payments are accepted everywhere at The Parade, except at the tent box offices. You can also get cashback payments at The Kiosk. You can pay by cash too, but we can’t accept notes larger than € 50.
I’d like to bring my own food and drink to The Parade, is that OK?
At The Parade we cater to every taste, affordably. Bringing your own food and drink therefore isn’t allowed, and is strictly controlled.
Can I take photos on site?
Of course you can take photos for your own use. If you want to take photos for professional use, as part of your job, please ask permission in advance: firstname.lastname@example.org. We decide per request whether to grant permission to take and use photos for professional purposes. The same goes for filming at The Parade.
What do we do with used glasses, plates, cups etc?
The glasses at The Parade are made of durable plastic and are intended for re-use: please return your used glasses to the bar. Glasses and other tableware are the property of The Parade, and may not be taken off site.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, please bring any items of lost property to the Kiosk (central box office) where they will be kept until the end of the tour.
What time does The Parade open?
On first Friday opening nights in each city we open at 18.00. For regular opening times please see Times & Prices.
If I arrive late for a show, can I still go in?
No, there is no admittance after a show has started.
Entry to The Parade site is at your own risk.
The Parade is hosted by the city parks. When leaving the site, please show consideration to local residents by not making noise or dropping litter.
We will not serve alcohol or tobacco to anyone under the age of 18.
